Delivery policy

1. The delivery business of the product is performed by the delivery business operator outside the company, except in the case of specifically specified. In this case, all responsibilities regarding the execution, management, supervision, and other delivery of distribution and delivery are out of the scope of the Company.
2. The designation of the delivery business operator is made by the Company or the Company's consignment, and the user is not accepted by the user.
3. If the user wants a specific delivery date and time, notify the delivery company the desired delivery date and time by the method specified by this site.
4. We strive to follow the desired date and time of the user, but does not guarantee the realization of the desired date and time. If it is difficult to realize the desired date and time, we may refuse to specify the user.
5. In principle, the delivery of the product should be performed at the first floor of the delivery address specified as the user information. Unless we are consent, we will not carry out, install, install, and check the operation by instructions of the user.
6. If the user is absent in the delivery address at the time of arrival, the delivery company will once raise the product and redeliver. Provided, however, that this is not the case if the user instructs the product placement point in advance and accepts this.
7. If the user instructs the product detention point and the delivery company is detained in accordance with the instructions, the delivery of the product will be completed at the time of detention. The Company and the delivery business operator are not responsible for the loss, damage, destruction, theft, and unauthorized use of the products that occurred after detention.
8. Orders specified by cash on delivery as a payment method will not be delivered to the product unless the delivery company receives the billing amount at the time of arrival.
9. Users cannot refuse to receive unilateral products. Even if the Company is refused to receive without prior written consent, the Company may request users based on the sales contract or receive the previous payment as a product compensation.

About delivery method / number of delivery days

Products in stock will be shipped within 3 business days except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and will be delivered 2-5 days after shipping. Products that are not in stock will be delivered from the day of the application acceptance to the specified delivery date. If you have a confirmation of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, or if there are any confirmation items in your order, it may take some time to deliver. Also, please note that delivery may be delayed depending on the area. The delivery method changes according to the application contents.
