Can I drive on public roads?

Do I need a license to ride an E-Bike?
You do not need. You can ride it just like a regular bicycle.
Where can I charge the battery?
You can remove the battery from your bike and charge it at home. It is also possible to charge the battery while it is attached to the bicycle itself.
What size is MOVE X?
Total length 190cm, handle width 60cm, saddle height can be adjusted from 90cm to 105cm. Total weight is 27kg (+3.3kg battery).
What size is MOVE XS?
Total length 175cm, handle width 60cm, saddle height can be adjusted from 80cm to 105cm. Total weight is 25kg (+3.3kg battery).
What accessories are available?

What is the recommended height?

Can I take a test drive?
You can take a test drive at LATTEST SPORTS (Sumida Ward/Meguro Ward). Please register on official LINE and contact us.
Will it rust?
The frame material will be aluminum alloy. Therefore, it is resistant to rust. Additionally, gears, chains, screws, etc. are more prone to rust than the frame. We recommend using anti-rust products.
Is it waterproof?
Although the smart meter is waterproof, damage caused by water exposure is not covered by the warranty. Please note that batteries cannot be soaked in water.
Is the car body foldable?
Yes, both MOVE X and MOVE XS can be folded.
How many kilometers will be assisted?
Although it varies depending on usage conditions, you can expect to be able to drive an average of 80km, and even with maximum assist, you can drive approximately 65km.
Can I register for crime prevention?
Yes, you can have the sales certificate issued by us and register it for security at your local bicycle shop.
Is assembly required?
The product will be packaged and delivered with approximately 80% assembled (depending on the model and lot), and unfinished parts will need to be assembled by the customer, but assembly will be completed in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. can. We also have an assembly video available.
Is there a guarantee?
We guarantee the following 5 points.

In-stock products will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of receiving your application, and will be delivered within 2 to 5 days after shipping. Products that are out of stock will be delivered by the pre-specified delivery date from the day your application is received.

If you did not receive the product
If you are not home, the transportation company's driver will place a notification slip in your mailbox.
Please contact your nearest shipping company office listed there.
Additionally, the shipping company will store your luggage for approximately 1 to 2 weeks (maximum).
